General Application

Nana Grants applicants must be:
  1. 1. A single mother
  2. 2. Low-income (Pell-Eligible)
  3. 3. Pursuing a technical or vocational education, an associate’s degree, a bachelor’s degree, or enrolled in a qualifying job-training program
  4. 4. Enrolled in or accepted to a HOPE-eligible Georgia college or university or qualifying job training program and maintaining a 2.0 GPA or equivalent
  5. 5. Making satisfactory academic progress, including completion of at least six or more semester credit hours per semester
Other Selection Factors
  1. 1. Clarity of school/career goals
  2. 2. Progress toward meeting those goals
  3. 3. Future plan for meeting those goals
